We have particular strengths in the health and education sectors and have been involved in Authority/Trust turnaround situations. Happy to challenge executive management, smooth conflicts and advise on better ways of working. We also have operational management experience and many examples of new build construction project direction. Additionally we offer extensive experience in the food and telecoms arenas and have recently been involved in cost saving initiatives within defence projects.
